If you experience an issue with the platform or believe something isnโ€™t functioning correctly, please open a ticket with our support team. For any damaged or malfunctioning feature, we may request a link and a screenshot so our team can review the issue and help you as quickly as possible.


Refunds are not available in the following situations:


โ€ข The system works correctly on your end, but the features donโ€™t match what you expected or you assumed it would include something different.
โ€ข Your needs have changed and you no longer require the platform.
โ€ข You found another service you prefer.
โ€ข You no longer need a mining platform or service at this time.
โ€ข Kryblockโ€™s features do not meet your expectations or are not as extensive as you thought.
โ€ข Your server or environment does not support the requirements needed to run the platform.
โ€ข You have already accessed or downloaded the system.


Refunds or returns for digital products will only be considered if:


โ€ข The platform is completely non-functional or does not match what was shown in the demo.
โ€ข You opened a support ticket but did not receive any response within 48 hours (2 business days).
โ€ข The product description was entirely misleading.
